Women Training Outdoors

1:1 Training

With personal training you will receive undivided attention. Beginning with an assessment of your strengths and weaknesses, then using your results to help design a customized workout plan.  You will be provided with physical and mental guidance along the way, including regular progress check-ins. This is a great for all fitness levels.

hourly rate: $60

Fitness Class

Small Groups

With small group training you get personal attention in a fun setting.  Each client performs at their own rate of speed, intensity and ability in a full body circuit.  Receive the added benefit of motivation from your friends with guided attention.  An affordable and fun way to take advantage of a trainers expertise at a lower cost.

2-3 people: $80 a session

Nutrition Coaching

Ready for a change?  With 1:1 nutrition coaching you will go through an initial consultation and given an individualized plan. We will come up with a goal together that includes achievable and sustainable changes in your eating and lifestyle.  Taking it one step at a time by adding in behaviors, not restricting.  This is a whole body approach, that looks not only at your diet, but your sleep and stress management as well.  Along the way there will be weekly check-ins to celebrate the wins and tackle the obstacles.  

   

1 time consultation $100

6 week plan w/ guidance $180
